Statius takes the view that, as part of a project, there should be a transfer of skills from Statius to the client and that, at the end of a project, the client will be in a position to run the systems without further assistance from Statius.

However, it has been found that many clients request an ongoing relationship and, where these services are required, Statius is happy to design support contracts around individual client requirements.
