The Company’s approach remains focused on maintaining and promoting a proactive ‘hands on’ approach in providing its client base with value-added recruitment solutions. Bell Employment’s main business objective is to provide both its clients and its candidates with an unrivalled service that has placed the company at the leading edge of its field and is now recognised as one of the leading recruitment agencies within the Essex area.

Project

Having spent a great deal of time and effort in streamlining its business operations Ian Banks, and his co-Director Gary Strong, recognised that one thing that they were lacking was a robust management system that could reflect what they considered to be their best working practice.

Based on the above, a management system was developed that comprises of a single quality policy manual supported by a small number of procedures that have been adopted within each branches as a series of common working practices.

This was subsequently followed up by a successful initial assessment that was carried out by BVQI.
